Uhaul needs adjust pricing to a truly more reasonable level. Pricing has gotten out of hand.

The trailer flooring was very sketchy. When we loaded the floor was moving. Not very studry.

LEONARDO NThe lady from our pick up at elizabethtown Ky said we had 2 days to drop off trailer at the veedersburg location. We dropped trailer off a day early and now we are charged 21.40 for an after hours charge. That was not our instructions given by pick up location who also were very friendly and helpful. I would appreciate it if u can refund me the 21.40 back onto my card. And in the future if a place is closed and don’t want it dropped off there then they need to inform the customer. We rent a lot from uhaul and have never been charged for dropping off truck or trailer when place is closed. Thank you!
TAMAR GThe gentleman that help me changed the drop off location. He said it would be an alternate drop off just in case. This caused an issue that 2 days later that Location called me, yelled at me and accused me of not turning in the equipment, when in fact I turn it in a day early.
