The service was great. We were able to pick up the Uhaul ahead of schedule and the lady was very friendly. Unfortunately, on Sunday, the day of the drop off there was a taco truck parked and many client cars in the Uhaul area. It was impossible to park the Uhaul. We had to go out of the way to ask the Taco Truck to move out of the way, which he did, but dropping off the Uhaul took longer than expected and was a big inconvenience, not to mention frustrating. Thank goodness for a kind man that went out of his way to assist me in unlatching and physically move the trailer to a small area where we made it fit. The drop off was very frustrating.

Check out process was very nice. Unfortunately, the tire of my trailer had a slow leak and needed to be continually pumped up over my 500 mile journey.

Tammy HI recommend having spaces available at the location lot to return the vehicles. I had to park on the side of the road, which made it difficult to take the photos of the vehicle. I had to stand in the middle of the road to submit photos of the vehicle for the return procedure.
