Really nice reps
Keith PI didn’t get my dolly and blankets at this location so I had to drive forty five minutes to get them. Also the truck was very dirty, inside the cab and inside the back.
Shannah BThe trailer was delivered to this address a hour before closing time. Also delivered the day before it was due to be returned. There was no one there, we had to call them to let them know the trailer was there. The guy said that he would check it in, he didn’t say he would be checking it in the next day when it was supposed to be returned according to my contract. There was no signage telling anyone what to do. Then I was charged a cleaning fee. The furniture blankets were folded and in the trailer. I was told that I had to return them since I paid to use the. I will not be recommending this place as a drop off for any U-haul equipment.
BILLIE PI was charged additional fees that were false, over $140 and the woman wants to lie about the time the unit was dropped off. I got charged an additional day and additional insurance, then charged a cleaning fee after the truck had been swept out twice. When I called to dispute the lady was rude and again lied about what time she saw me coming in. I was able to provide the exact time I saw her leaving the property and the exact time I called to ask where to drop the truck. Now awaiting a call back from corporate field representative
