Took us half an hour to get the keys for the truck, the employee did not know how to do the process even though I reserved it online already, and waited to get her supervisor after 30 minutes who eventually got us checked within 5 minutes. Was a pretty big waste of time and made us late to our destination. There was another employee there talking to us excessively so I didn't understand/hear that the purchase was only for 10 miles and ended up getting charged over $70 for the extra miles. I understand that is my fault but I'm pretty disappointed because it wasn't a good experience and we've used UHaul before, and charging $1 per extra mile is excessive. Otherwise the equipment was fine.

dajo gHave equipment available at the Sioux City, IA location. You have this a few huge places in Sioux city. The fact that I had to drive 40 miles to get the truck and 40 miles back is stupid. Due to this, I lost an hour of help from the movers. This isn't a poor rating for Exhaust plus itself but there is no where to put my grievances about U haul. I should have used penske or another dealer.
