MARQUITA STook us half an hour to get the keys for the truck, the employee did not know how to do the process even though I reserved it online already, and waited to get her supervisor after 30 minutes who eventually got us checked within 5 minutes. Was a pretty big waste of time and made us late to our destination. There was another employee there talking to us excessively so I didn't understand/hear that the purchase was only for 10 miles and ended up getting charged over $70 for the extra miles. I understand that is my fault but I'm pretty disappointed because it wasn't a good experience and we've used UHaul before, and charging $1 per extra mile is excessive. Otherwise the equipment was fine.
