I was extremely pleased with the prompt service both with the represenative over the phone when I made the reservation and the storefront rep where I rented my 15' truck. Although the bed was full of sand and not swept out, it did not discourage me from a 5 minute sweep before we started to load. The truck was in good shape and easy to drive. M. Colburn
