I was transferred to this site. They were not open during the time that I reserved, so I was told I would have to load the trailer myself. Not only did it look like someone went mudding with the trailer, but it was wedged against the wall, so there was no way to lift it. I had to go get help, then hook a tow strap to the trailer, pull it away from the wall, scotch the wheels, then lift it up on my hitch. The seemed nice enough on the phone, but not very customer focused.
