LAURA SExtremely disappointed by the deceptive marketing. I saw their promotion for "19.95" per day; I purchased a truck rental for two days. I expected a few additional fees, but I was absolutely shocked by my bill was 250$. Completely outrageous. Deceptive, misleading marketing. I will never rent a uhaul again and will discourage others from doing so in the future. Also, the customer service rep at 1621 Island Highway, I believe her name was Makayla, was quite rude and unprofessional. Overall a terrible experience.
