When I walked in, the lobby smelled good and was super clean. The outside was just as clean. I went in on the day that the system was down. I was third in line. The employee (I forgot her name) let us know there were some information that she would need to add manually. She was patient, calm and thanked us for waiting patiently. I've used U-Haul in the past. This was the best experience I've ever had! This will be my go-to facility.
