Michael NMy experience with getting the U-Haul was terrible. My location was changed from the original pickup then when I got to the location they moved it to it was not set for mobile pickup so I had to drive to another location. No discount was offered for all those mishaps that had nothing to do with me. I am very unhappy with that.
