Straps were hard to use hinges were very stiff j has to lubricate hinges in order for them to work smoothly. Other than that everything was good. Straps were knotted l had to undo them and straighten them up.
Timothy EThere were issues with check in and computer connectivity. I did not get a printed receipt but had to go with a verbal. Now, my statement is incorrect with a trailer and ramp vs cargo. I returned the cargo trailer with the equipment per instructions. I stated my concern over leaving the equipment in the cargo or on the front porch. I should not be responsible for the lost of equipment. Did someone check the cameras? I am very dissatisfied and will be disputing the credit card charges.
