The location and service were both excellent, however, the truck ride was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I used to drive box trucks for a living but have never driven one that beat me so badly that I needed to see a chiropractor afterwards. Total drive time was 2 1/2 hours. I was returning an item to Home Depot that was too big to fit in my car and wanted to bring back a storm door on my return but the drive out was so violent that I could see no way to return with the door without shattering the glass. The suspension on the truck was horrible! I have an 800 mile move coming up and now I’m seriously questioning whether or not I will rent another truck from U-Haul.

I had a very nice man and his 3 year old son help me. The father was really good at his job and made sure he explained everything and his son was so cute and happy I couldn’t help but smile the whole time. When we returned the truck we enjoyed the food next door to the place I rented I would return for business in a heartbeat!! Thank you Youhaul
