friendly staff but had to keep stopping to check out patrons. Made checking out uhaul extremely long. Other than that, everything was great

When I spoke with the representative to assist in the pick up of the truck, I specifically asked about the safe mode. I was told I would only be charged $30; however, my final reciept showed a charge of $60. When I called to ask, I was told the $30 was for each day. I was very put off by this and felt it was misrepresented.
