Ann LI have a bone to pick with you. A rep called me shortly before pick up at the selected location and told me a 10' van was not available. But there was one down the road 5 miles. She lied and claimed a renter did not return the van. On my way to pick up the out of the way truck I past the original location which had two 10' vans sitting in their lot. I also passed two other Uhaul locations on the way to pick up at the location your rep told me my truck was available. They also had multiple 10' trucks sitting in their parking lot. You rep was rude and it was VERY inconvenient to go out of my way to pick up the truck. Just to let you know I will be leaving bad reviews on social media about this.
