40 minutes away from my reserved location
Robert GRecorded incorrect gas. Charged me for gas that I had actually put in it at this location. Rip off. Have complaint filed with district manager
MAUREEN AThere was confusion with the drop-off location personnel in that they thought we were at the wrong drop-off location because they said they can't handle many drop-offs and shouldn't be listed, though our confirmation showed we were where we were supposed to be. Didn't like the confusion and implication that we were mistaken, but once the personnel saw the paperwork, they were very helpful and polite.
