I was charged for Gas and the gas was put back exactly where it was when I received the truck so to charge me for gas was fraud at this point. Overall my total experience with U-Haul was a disappointment I will not refer anyone to U-Haul start with the manager Brittany Turner the manager I spoke to online who told me to shut my mouth when my truck was given away. I asked for a call from corporate concerning her and never received it. It shows that U-Haul doesn’t value their customers. Thank you Rasheeda Green
