Only 1 agent on site. Had to go back out to get gas and mileage pics for him. Location itself appears dingy and cluttered.

Not friendly or helpful staff. The while reservation prior to pick up was messed up and a hassle.
Kelly KI returned the uhaul on 5/30. On 6/1 and 6/2, I received reminders to return the rental. I called Uhaul customer service on both days and they stated they would reach out to site. I finally received confirmation of return on 6/3.
