The 15ft truck I rented was not clean when I picked it up. It needed to be cleaned on the inside- even pressure washed as my mover suggested when he saw it. I swept it out before my moving help arrived, and then they laid blankets down before putting any of my belongings in the truck. There also were no Uhaul moving pads at this location even though I selected them in my reservation and expected to get them when I got there. Then, after returning the truck, I had to follow up to the general Uhaul email address about 5 or 6 hours later to get my final receipt because I never received one after the gas station attendant/cashier said I would. So, for those reasons it's unlikely I'd use this Uhaul location again, and would not recommend it to anyone I know.

The location was easy to get to, convenient with parking, and readily accessible gas prior to returning the U-Haul. I didn’t need assistance from any personnel when I returned the U-Haul. The only downside was it not being inviting. It was a rougher part of Virginia Beach, so I had to be more cautious of my surroundings. Overall, if you’re returning a U-Haul, I would recommend this location.
James OTo improve for the next customer don’t send them here. I reserved a truck and moving supplies from a nice store at a good location. You sent me into the “hood” where the truck was dirty, the personnel didn’t know what they were doing, and the store didn’t have the supplies I had rented.

William LBad customer service. I was charged for 48hrs rental instead of 24hrs. I was charged $15 for fuel after I had bought fuel, after I drove the truck only 5 miles. Very dishonest business.
