It’s listed as being “open” on Sundays from 8am-11am. However, when we arrived for our 10am rental, there were no rental trucks in sight and the office was closed. I tried checking in through the mobile app but it just kept telling me to go inside the store to check in with an associate. I finally called the main U-Haul number and was able to get into a truck. However, an hour of precious moving time was wasted due to this which completed shattered our timeline for the day.
Danielle POne of the tires on the trailer was at 17psi when it's supposed to be at 50psi, that is a big difference and rather dangerous over a 1500 mile trip, luckily I caught it before we left. Other than that everything worked as it should.
Ronald GThe electronic non-personal version of picking up truck was very confusing and had some issues, but overall, wasn't too bad.
