I made a reservation a week before (pick-up location close to my house) and my reservation was changed to a location which added an additional 5 miles roundtrip. My phone would not work. Luckily my son's phone did. The front and back of truck was not clean which I had to clean before turning in. Picked up truck and the gas tank was not full. Returned truck with full tank which cost me extra money since I only drove truck 10 miles.
Kelly HCab of the truck could have been cleaned and truck didn't have a full tank when I picked it up.
Luke WOne of the rear dual tire was with very low pressure.
Alex MNeeded the truck for at least 8 hours. He would only do 4.5 hrs. I took in the truck and it stood there for the rest of the day and the day after. I had to go to Penke to rent the rest of the day.
