I would not recommend this location. The person helping did not want to help whenever I asked a question. It took over an hour for me to get the truck. When they had verified my reservations the person working still did not want to give me the key because the verification was not in the app it was in my email. When I showed him the verification in the app he still was telling me it was not the app. The passenger side window was cracked, the light inside the cab was taped and stayed on. The ignition part where you put the key was damaged. The back was very hard to lock and close the cargo door. I took pictures of everything so that I didn’t get charged for any of this. I would recommend if you are going to have a U-Haul location that is also a gas station you have more than one person at a time. When I had to ask him to come outside to help he had to lock the door. All of this while it was pouring down rain.

granville sCharged for options that I declined Turned truck in with more fuel than when started and got charged a fuel fee You don’t actually see a uhaul rep in person you speak to them on the cashiers cell phone. They tell you to get in a drive and then you receive a text 10 minutes after you’re gone asking for photos so make sure you photograph everything prior to leaving thankfully we do this as a precaution every time
