Since U-Haul trailers do not come with a built-in jack, and the location was closed, I had to unhook and stow the trailer manually. Thankfully, I had my adult son with me, but the parking spots for trailers at this drop-off location are not conducive to backing in or dropping off easily. I strained my back, and it was an extremely frustrating experience overall. The pick-up location had a jack, and the manager used it to hook up my trailer for me. No customer should have to hurt themselves manually lifting a heavy trailer, especially after paying over $400.
