The staff is very friendly and helpful. They happily answered all my questions and gladly guided me thru the entire experience. When I canceled due to a change in plans, they called to ask if I need to reschedule, which I eventually did. They value customer service which is rare nowadays. Thank you.

Jimmy SGreat customer service. Jenna is a charm Thank you for taking care of me so accurate and quick. Im sorry i did not get the other young lady's name. She made it also pleasant with her great smile. Thank you again.
Alice WThey rented me a truck with no motor oil in the engine!!! Pissed!!!
JAMES TTruck seemed very old and had high mileage (165k) but ran flawlessly for the entire trip. Only complaint is that the 12v chargers were very weak and could not keep up with my phone battery, had to buy a portable charger.
