I have rented both the auto hauler as well as the 6x12 covered trailer. The auto hauler has a built on tongue jack to assist in attaching and removing it from the ball hitch. U-haul should add this feature to the 6x12 trailers also. Loved the builtin auto brake mechanism, provided confidence in ability to stop the pulling vehicle without overstressing its brakes. Will definitely rent again when needed!

I did not deal with any personnel at the drop off location. They were closed, but had a drop box for keys, which was helpful.

It was a nerve wracking experience I never want to repeat…I am so grateful that Antonio gave up time on his Sunday to get me the keys and accept payment. It will be hard to go through this again.
