The lot didn't have quite enough room to back the truck. The interior of the truck was dirty and it was at less than an eighth of gas capacity (and per the contract you would fine me even if I brought it back that low, you should NEVER be letting it go to a customer in a state that would result in a fine to the customer!!!!). The passenger-side rearview mirror was pointed so far inward that all I could see was the front of the truck's body, and when I asked for the wrench to adjust it they tried to talk me out of it (saying I could use the wide-angle mirror, never mind that due to its position and my height I mainly am looking downward and cannot see beyond the truck). The following is not about the lot, but about the arrangement of the rental: they changed the pickup location on me away from the one I chose, and dropped only a vaguely worded text that didn't mention changing, only gave the new address (without saying it was new). I was confused and checked the app, it gave the address I'd chosen, so I went there. BAD communication. I also didn't receive a voice call (at least none was recorded by my phone, but I know a lot of things can go wrong with that, please just get the text message right and update the website!

There were homeless people living in a very rough RV and trailer and we had to park, take pictures of the uhaul for the return process right next to their RV. It was less than ideal.
