My only issue was one of the signal lights weren’t working and the employee didn’t know how to fix it and I had to do it myself.

The manager was awesome.
Sam PThe checking was a little frustrating but everything worked out well in the end. I did not receive a call from an agent to give me the code to pick up the keys and had to redo the paperwork over again when I got there even though I confirmed via phone with U-Haul before the pickup date.
