I booked to pick up in Mena Arkansas got to mena Arkansas and was notified that my truck was located 40 miles in the direction that I already traveled . With no prior call the day before as I was notified I was supposed to get no call no text so not only did I waste an hour and a half of my time backtrack traveling but also gas to drive back to get my truck. Extremely inconvenient and a waste of my time I will not be booking with you again I will go with another company
