There place always welcoming and friendly. I have both rented and dropped off at this location for years. The people are great and if your renting emphasis is on safety safety safety . very caring and thoughtful. I left my phone in the truck and they were able to contact the new renter and recovered it for me and kept it safe till i could return and get it. Thanks Back 40 theirs no place like Home

Shaun dI booked to pick up in Mena Arkansas got to mena Arkansas and was notified that my truck was located 40 miles in the direction that I already traveled . With no prior call the day before as I was notified I was supposed to get no call no text so not only did I waste an hour and a half of my time backtrack traveling but also gas to drive back to get my truck. Extremely inconvenient and a waste of my time I will not be booking with you again I will go with another company
