I walked into the facility to return my truck on Saturday May 10th. The lady greeted me but could not walk out with me to check the truck in because it is also a day care and she was watching 3 kids. She told me she would check me in in 45 minutes. Unfortunately on Tuesday I got a bill for an additional $77 because she said I didn't return the truck within my two day limit. I went back to the facility and talked to her daughter who talked to the owned. She said she would refund my $77 but I am still waiting. Never again.
