The truck was not available at the reservation time. It was not clean, there was trash in the cab.

Discounts for Repeat Customers OR Seniors
Jeff BOf all the U-Haul locations we’ve used in Wallace over the last 20 years, this was BY FAR the best. The person who helped us was professional, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful of our time. That location is easy to get into and out of, and the office was bright & clean. The only negative was the grassy area near where the truck was parked was overgrown, junky, and difficult to walk in, which I probably would not have noticed if I hadn’t had to get so far away from the truck to take photos with your poorly designed app. Overall, though, this is a five star location.
