The lady that ran the uhaul was at lunch and a man who appearantly did not work there wanted me to back it in to a specific location and wouldn't help.He later cane to help and when I asked what he planned to do he would not tell me and started to lift the jack which I had already cranked down. Then he got upset when I asked again. And drove off. The jack did not lift the trailer high enough to come off the ball. I had to pull the pin on my hitch extention and drag my hitch apart to detach the trailer. NO HELP DROPPING OFF, BUT GREAT HELP WHEN I PICKEDTHE TRAILER UP.

CYNTHIA MCalled first to verify that the kind of trailer I was looking for was available and the operating hours. Got there and the doors were locked more than an hour before posted closing time which I also verified on the phone. Dropped it back off the next day, no one there again, and then when my receipt came through I was charged almost 40 dollars more than what I should have been. So I will absolutely not be using this location ever again.
