I didn't get the 26' truck that I wanted. U Haul stepped up and made everything right. I got a 20' truck with an extra day and extra mileage for my inconvenience. U Haul is the best. Yeah, it sucked to make the extra trip but it didn't hurt me in the pocketbook. Thanks U Haul!
