The gentleman in the office was kind and patient and very professional five stars
REINALDO JI reserved a 20' box truck. You told me non were available at that location, I spent an hour on the phone trying to rent the truck.finally the women gave me a code for the lock box for a 10' box truck. It took me the double the mileage and had to pay the hired help an extra hour. there were 2- 20' trucks there when I picked it up and still 2 there when I returned it.Then I couldn't get on your site again to show it returned the vehicle. I'm not happy at all with your rental program. I SHOULD BE CREDITED HALF THE MILEAGE AT LEAST.
