They need WiFi so we can use the app in order to get the code. It took 45 minutes to go through all the steps cell coverage is poor. I have two phones one with tmobile the other with Verizon and was unable to get a stable connection. This happened both times the first time I have to wait till they open at 10 AM. It has been a year since and totally forgot but when I went there 45 minutes later, I was able to go through all the steps, a bit frustrating that’s my only issue. as far as everything else five stars.

Don’t do the mobile option here. Cell service is horrible. Go when the store is open. The guy there was super helpful.

First I had the pickup location for Be Wise Car Wash and found out upon arrival at 6AM that the truck was not in Truck Share “mode” and I had to travel to a different location and be late on arrival due to negligence on the provider to fail to provide that information in their booking. I was sent to M and S by an employee who helped me locate the truck I needed. Unfortunately it is always a frustrating experience with truck share but I didn’t want to wait till 9am to receive a truck as I had to be at work at 10.
Scott EThe keys were not in the lock box. They didn’t open open the store until around 1030, so I was waiting for an hour. The truck was dirty, it needed an oil change, and there was writing M💜K on the side of it. There was literally trash in the front of the truck, the compartment that was holding the manual in between the seats was hanging off. Nobody went through the truck with me and they were unable to access the contract at first. It was a frustrating event.
