Have a Uhaul sign posted to make it easier to locate the office. Have an actual office with professional looking staff. This location is in a garage, it’s filthy and it’s run by an older man who looked totally unkept and disheveled.

Self serve spot, nobody to help you figure anything out. The garage had no clue. I also rented an appliance dolly. It was not available nor was anything else for supplies.
KALEB JI frequently need to rent the 10 foot truck. My usual location is Feasterville but for this move they didn’t have a 10 foot available.I googled and found a truck at A to Z Auto. My husband (of 55 years) had been in a serious accident and needed a handicapped apartment for at least 3 months. After 6 weeks of hospital and rehab my physical and emotional strength was depleted. This location did everything they could to help me with this move and was more than accommodating in every way. A to Z is definitely my “go to” U Haul rental location for future rentals.
