Mike was a great help! U-Haul corporate failed to inform me that a 2-inch ball was required. I was able to return home and change it from my 1 and 5/8 ball. This was not Mike's fault, and he adjusted my pick-up time to reflect this delay. I highly recommend Mike and this location.

Went in to get the truck and the reservation wasn't there because I did it incorrectly online...guy at this location call me maybe less then 2 hours and had me one there..I picked the truck up and did what had to did with plenty of time to spare...very nice guy..good costumer service most definitely..
