I stood there for 3 hours while I was very weak and sick from being on antibiotics. I booked it for 2:30 a.m. because I was trying to help my friend get her stuff out of someone's house that was stealing from her and they started throwing herself outside after I stood in that store for 3 hours until it was finally figured out I had to drive another 2 hours to the place to get her stuff. I really mean it was on the phone customer service the whole time they didn't do anything you guys put so much stress and extra depression in my life. Never again well I'll be getting a U-Haul after rude customer service agent that didn't help for 3 hours!!! Literally wasting my time

When we dropped off the trailer, the lone employee had no idea what to do. Said they would have to call someone in who knew what to do. Luckily the online return procedure on the APP worked great.
GORDON LTrain all staff members on how to rent and recieve uhaul items. I returned my item as per the alloted time. Actually before it was to be returned. To find out 2mo the later I somehow aquired a 900$ bill. No clue how that's possible. Still dealing withe issue
TABITHA Kthey are a 24 hour UHaul location as posted on the front entrance. But they only have 2 employees trained to do rentals. when i called to. reserve a trailer i was told to call back as they could not help i called later that evening and spoke with an employee that was able to help me. I told him I would be picking the trailer up at 8am. when i got there the same girl i spoke to the day before was working and was not able to help me as she was not trained. after a few phone calls the fellow i spoke to the night before was able to get me going over the phone. i probably would not rent from that location again for this reason
GLENN BBeing charged for a full day if you are an hour late on your return time is ridiculous.
