There was no one there when I arrived to pick up the trailer. I was on the phone with the guy who was supposed to be there, and I had to walk out multiple times to the trailer to verify information for him.

They weren't aware I was dropping off. Had to spend a lot of time to prove this was my drop off location.
Adam MAwful experience. No one there to book us in. Had to do everything on the phone.and this really didn’t work. We were there for over half an hour when we booked in and when we returned the unit. The whole thing was a bad experience. We had to stand in a public place having to shout out my credit card number and expiry date. This is not acceptable.
