The lady that helped me was great!
MICHEAL FTruck dirty in cargo area Also I was told it be okay to drop off the next day 2pm Then I was harass by the store because someone had scheduled the truck for 11am! The excuse I got was the person was new who told me it was okay to drop off by 2pm. Then after all that there are charging me an extra $40. After I even clean the inside of cab. Not going back to this location.
JUAN DVery competent and professional staff. Vehicle was in good condition and performed well. Brakes were a bit squishy IMO but steering and AC were great. Spension was good for a truck and no damage to cargo and furniture occurred on a long trip with frequent rough, bumpy highway conditions. Overall a very good experience.
DONALD BNeed to check the inside better. There was food containers left from the previous customer and food in the side pockets in the door.
