We had to detach a trailer we didn’t order from it, they left supplies in the truck and the man who was at the counter wouldn’t listen to a single thing I was saying, he would ask a question and I would answer as the reservation was under my name but ignored me and waited for my husband to answer. My husband also noticed what he was doing and stepped in. Horrible and I will never use them ever again.

STEVEN LPick up attendant was rude and unprofessional. Equipment was dirty inside and out. Would not take this janky trashy looking trailer into a nice neighborhood. Had 30 blankets that were wet that the attendant had me unload and reload into another trailer. Which made my clothes wet in the cold weather. The ball hitch lock was not working correctly and created a safety hazard. The tab that hold the nob from rotating loose did not engage. Constantly had to get out of my truck and tighten so it didn’t come off on the road. Of course I didn’t notice this till I got it loaded and was on the road. The attendant at checkout did not check the latch security. No ramps available, no straps available, very limited tie downs in trailer, no offers for moving blankets, such a huge pain and frustrating experience. Will never come back and will actively tell people I know not to utilize this company. Did not even offer to refund or compensate me in any way for any of the troubles they set me up to have.
