Better communication between Rental location and Corporate. Didn't appreciate getting emails and texts stating that I hadn't dropped off the equipment, and threats of reporting equipment stolen, when there are several cameras at the location that would've shown me dropping the trailer off, approaching the shop, talking to someone and then driving away without a trailer attached to my truck. Makes me question using this location in 2 months when I need to move my daughter into her house for school.
Bryan SInitial pickup and drop off was excellent. Afterwards received call from a different self identified female employee from this location who made accusation and inquiries into a claimed damaged key. Claim was refuted and call was ended. Initial reservation was made for pickup in Warrensburg, MO. Day prior confirmation listed pickup 30 minutes away. Customer initiated contact with local U-Haul vendor and verified needed equipment was indeed available locally. Vendor assisted customer in creating another reservation which was appreciated. App and online website was found not reflective of actual available equipment.
