I have rented several times from Scott, always been a good experience. This time the corporate office sent me an email telling me i had to pickup the trailer at their store in Wentzville, because there were not any trailers available at Scott"s, which was not true. when i called Scott he said he had a trailer and could still pick it up there. I don't understand why the store in Wentzville is trying to steel his customers, but thats not right

NATHANIEL WThe two movers seemed to want to talk more than work. They packed items in the truck and did not use the blankets, turning the dresser on the side and scratching the dresser, putting a heave couch on a small dresser that crushed it on the drive. I should have been more observant while they were loading the truck, I was busy trying to bring the boxes down for them to load up as well.
