CRAIG CWhen I returned the trailer, the employee told me that I'd be receiving an email receipt of the turn-in in the mail in a short time. I never received that email. I had to go back onto the app to see that the trailer was indeed properly checked in.
John WFirstly, only came here because another location forgot to leave the keys out for a self pickup and their on call employee said I was out of luck. So I went to this location 25 miles away where there was no call service which makes impossible to do self check out. Inexperienced staff. No printer working for hard copy of anything. Given wrong set of keys that didn’t match my rental (but with no paper copy and no service to see a digital one I had no clue until I later had service). Spent hours on calls trying to resolve. When returning staff seemed upset with me and said I didn’t try to resolve despite me making sure corporate/regional call centers documented everything I was trying to do to resolve. Overall
