Welcoming was bad. Agent tried to force insurance on me whereas I told him I declined. He imposed tax on me even though I told him I was tax exempt. He was very umprofessional. Whike consucting my transaction, he stoppes to take care of other clients. He was also arguing with me back and forth. Not a good customer service pit.
