Truck was extremely noisy since the drivers window/door seal did not seal properly.

ARONMICHAEL TThe whole service needs to be looked at. I was completely disappointed. I had reservations that were not kept and the day of I was diverted to the pick up location that put me an hour away from the area and never told of that. Your customer service sucks. They are not helpful at all. It was a take or live it situation where I felt high jacked to take what ever your company offered. There was no incentive offered to easy up my paying extra gas and riding time to collect the rental. And then. Returning the rental a day before was another option that did not offer any incentives. No discounts. No way to tell a customer business is appreciated. No message of understanding the pain your business caused. Totally disappointed of this interaction.
HERNAN BClerk was running a convenience store and was not able to provide adequate service to the return of the vehicle. Clerk was not knowledgeable about UHAUL policy regarding vehicle damage insurance.
