maybe state in an email on how to do mobile pickup/ drop off before arriving to the location- like a link to get to said website. but overall, very easy and quick!

The only complaint i have is that the office didn't have a clear sign stating where to collect keys and sign paperwork. Other than that the customer service at time of pick up and drop off was impeccable and they made it a great experience for my first time renting a U-Haul truck
