Never use that location again and when someone has issues like I had with the location, we should be able to return the equipment to a different location.

Blake JU-Haul messed up my reservation. Instead of picking up my rental 2 miles away from my place I had to drive 100 miles to get my rental truck. Put extra unnecessary miles on my jeep and gas; and all U-Haul did was credited $50. I spent more $ in gas to get to destination to get my rental. It was a horrible experience.
Karina HDisorganized, the man wasn't there, the woman took a picture of my ID to send to him and handed me the keys. It was dirty and the door didn't work right. Ended up with a broken tire valve and had to wait for roadside assistance. And then again with a broken door. No info wad ever given on milage or gas limits.
