Nobody there was not expecting that and no information on what to do other than a box that said drop keys in. So I called u-haul and they walked me through the process.

Chad CMake sure when someone makes reservations that they actually have a truck on time. Let people know if the uhaul office is OPEN OR CLOSED. My whole trip was ruined because I was late making my appointments because I couldn’t get my truck on time. I had to pay more money because everything was behind schedule.
