We rented a 5x8 trailer to bring a mattress to our son, 4.5hrs away. We picked it up on a Thursday and loaded it that day. That night it rained. Friday when we got to our destination, we unloaded the mattress and found the trailer leaked and the mattress got wet.
Paul KVery good service. One pin on the ramp was bent and hard to pull out but overall good unit.
EDDY JThe truck was backed into a pile of ice making the back door where the keys were located hard to get to. Making the situation worse was the back door was frozen shut. It took me five minutes of pulling and slamming myself against the door to open it while slipping on the ice.
Robert FThey moved the truck 25miles away and the brakes were shot. I narrowly avoided a serious accident as a result.
