Minneapolis TRAFFIC was horrible!!! Pickup location was changed 3 times and the 2nd time there was no notification that the equipment was not going to be available at the location uhaul confirmed in text and email. I had to show up and find out at the scheduled time then had to drive 2 hours out of my way to pickup at another location. TRAFFIC did a horrible job of notification/communication and made no effort to make a problem better.
Jeremiah LRiley is awesome! Knowledgable, kind and friendly! Second time we rented a trailer through him.
Jean Hthe uhaul app is very ify. the app did not work for me and I was on hold for 25 minutes waiting for help to get the truck I reserved.
