Using the app to pick up the vehicle was an absolute nightmare. Took 55 minutes to pick up the vehicle. Had to call customer support 3 times and use the chat twice. App wouldn’t let me take pictures of the vehicle. Set me back an hour and caused me to be late to pick up the items I was hauling. It was just all around horrible and I hope I never have to rent a truck from u-haul again. The location wasn’t open so I don’t blame them at all. I blame the inconveniences on u-haul’s app entirely.
