I booked 15ft Uhal for 6 hrs near to my house which is less than 3 miles to pick up Saturday morning. When I received call from them for my other reservation on Thursday late evening, I ask about my this reservation then they said that they don’t have 15ft in that location so need to pick up at Washington, IN which was 20 miles to drive one way. I asked for discounted price for extra miles. She said ok, she will put notes. No discounts received. When I went to pick up, I called again and they said that he add some credit for that mileage. When I returned truck, I didn’t get any credit. Moving already big hassle specially self packing and driving and Uhal make more hassle. So disappointed with Uhal service.
