marianne hHave the keys inside vs a lockbox that couldn’t be opened. The manager had to saw off the lock. 24 hr pickup would have been a disaster as there was no way to get the key.

GARY LI can't complain too much. It was not easy to understand directions on what we were supposed to do when we got there but the man was helpful for us. Outside of his keyboard batteries dying, he did a good job getting what we wanted.
