The location was fine, the uhaul app is terrible. Also the agent I talked to on the phone was very friendly, but wanted me to pay before confirming a vehicle was available. Also she did not tell me there was a charge for additional mileage.

Truck was filthy and looked like drug paraphernalia was left behind. Yellow righting on the driver side window showing it was impounded from being stolen. Smelled bad and the rental guy was too busy changing oil to address my concerns. I will pay for the extra miles but request a refund for the rental. I had to clean it out and sweep before I could use.
