Even though the pick up and drop off were good experiences, I had a lot of trouble with making the reservation. My daughter had found a good deal online a few days before we booked, then it wasn’t available when we were ready to book. I ended up talking to someone on the phone to help me, because we needed the rental for multiple stops over a few days time. She tried to help me find the best deal but ended up making it worse than the original quote. I told her we needed to drop off in Waterford, but put in that we needed to drop off in Lansing. I live in Waterford, and needed to move my daughter out of Mount pleasant and into Lansing with her girlfriend. Then we needed to take some of her things back to my storage unit in Waterford. A few days into the rental, I looked at the details and realized I only had 70-something miles included. I tried doing the online chat, but they couldn’t help me, so I had to wait until the phone lines opened the next day to call. On the phone, he helped me switch the drop off location to Waterford and added 20 miles to the reservation. I’m still not satisfied though- the deal my daughter found online originally included 284 miles for $150. I paid about $330 total for this reservation. I believe there must’ve been a cheaper way to move my daughter out of one college campus and into another.

I did not use all the mileage I purchased. Do you refund that?
Aniah JThe location was fine, the uhaul app is terrible. Also the agent I talked to on the phone was very friendly, but wanted me to pay before confirming a vehicle was available. Also she did not tell me there was a charge for additional mileage.
Jesse STruck was filthy and looked like drug paraphernalia was left behind. Yellow righting on the driver side window showing it was impounded from being stolen. Smelled bad and the rental guy was too busy changing oil to address my concerns. I will pay for the extra miles but request a refund for the rental. I had to clean it out and sweep before I could use.
